I FEEL IT AND I KNOW: I HAVE FOUND A PORT AND PEACE.
A performance for silence, light, songs, and those who have ever sung them. A song is always for life, for happiness, for the journey onward and upward. A song is always a prayer, a calling, a victory.
To the singing of ancient and archaic songs, essential matters of life are spoken of, so that visions and memories may come alive again, reflections of lived unreality and of realities only sensed. For “there are things that cannot happen completely, without remainder, all the way to the end. They are too vast to fit into events, and too wondrous. They only attempt to happen, they lay themselves upon the substratum of reality to see whether it can bear them, but at once they withdraw again, so as not to lose their wholeness in the fragmentariness of realization. In our biographies there then remain white spaces, fragrant stigmata, scattered through nights and days.” These are the places-moments when “in everything you are reflected, and in your eyes everything is purely mirrored.”
